Khai Hoan Prime develops health-oriented living spaces – VnExpress

Located on Le Van Luong Street, adjacent to the Phu My Hung urban area, Khai Hoan Prime is developed under the riverside resort apartment model. According to the developer, the project dedicates about 79% of its area to landscaping, water surfaces, and internal amenities, while the building density accounts for only about 21%.

The project develops an amenity system geared towards the exercise and relaxation needs of its residents. Among them, the physical activity amenities are arranged throughout the campus, featuring a riverside promenade, an outdoor fitness area, and a multi-purpose sports court accommodating various sports.

The developer stated that the mineral salt pool and Jacuzzi at the project utilize advanced salt electrolysis technology and a closed-loop, chlorine-free circulation filtration system that helps support blood circulation. Directly connected to the pool area is a riverside walking path and a stretching system of greenery. This natural green filter helps reduce fine dust and urban noise pressure, creating a space for the elderly to practice nourishing walks or for young people to meditate in the early morning.

Also within the internal campus, residents can exercise at the outdoor fitness area and the multi-purpose sports court, which integrates a variety of currently trending sports such as tennis, badminton, and especially pickleball, suitable for both sports enthusiasts and residents looking to improve their health.

Simultaneously, the Luxury Gym area is integrated inside the 3,000-square-meter Clubhouse with modern equipment and a panoramic glass wall design that helps expand the view. In addition, the elevated space features a health garden and a sports garden, expanding the outdoor living space for residents. Furthermore, Khai Hoan Prime also invests in a modern MMA ring for residents to train their physical fitness.

Besides the amenities serving a healthy lifestyle, the project also integrates an internal medical support system. Each apartment is equipped with an SOS button directly connected to the medical service center to assist residents in emergency situations. A representative of the developer stated that developing spaces for exercise, relaxation, and healthcare has become a notable trend in the housing market in recent years.

According to the Global Wellness Institute (GWI), wellness real estate is the fastest-growing sector in the global wellness economy, with an average growth rate of 23.6% per year in the 2019-2025 period. This organization notes that the demand for a living environment capable of enhancing physical and mental health, as well as community connection, is becoming the new driving force of the housing market.

In the report “Build Well to Live Well: The Future” published in June 2025, GWI also suggested that the market is shifting from adding individual amenities to building a living environment that comprehensively supports health, from landscaping, physical activity, and community connection to physical and mental care solutions.

The project is entering the finishing stage for its main categories and is expected to top out in early July. The construction has met the legal conditions for signing sales contracts.
