Topping-out ceremony held for Luxora Bac Giang apartment building – VnExpress

Bac Ninh: The Luxora Bac Giang apartment project has held its topping-out ceremony after completing the structural body, moving into the finishing phase and installation of technical systems, aiming for handover in 2027.

On July 29, Luxora Group Joint Stock Company organized the topping-out ceremony for the Luxora Bac Giang project after more than a year of construction. This is one of the key milestones in the construction progress before the project enters the completion phase.

A representative of the developer stated that Luxora Bac Giang is oriented to develop under the model of apartments combined with living spaces, focusing on resident experiences through architecture, landscape, and healthcare utility systems. The enterprise expects the project to supplement the supply of quality apartments in the center of Bac Giang.

“We focus on architecture and a well-invested healthcare utility system, with every detail researched to create a distinct living standard, thereby contributing to building a modern urban appearance,” the representative shared.

According to the developer, the construction process has been implemented as planned, complying with quality, safety, and construction supervision requirements. Construction and acceptance work are carried out in accordance with regulations on quality management, construction execution, and building maintenance.

Currently, the project is deploying finishing items for the exterior, interior, electromechanical systems, public area interiors, and landscaping. Simultaneously, the internal utility chain is also being constructed synchronously to serve the scheduled handover plan in 2027.

Luxora is an apartment, commercial, and service complex located in Dinh Ke ward, Bac Giang City, now belonging to Bac Giang ward, Bac Ninh province. The project consists of two 28-story towers and one basement.

Inspired by the image of the Yen The sword and the Thuong River, the project offers 688 units, including 640 apartments and 48 duplexes. The diverse utility system features an Onsen area, a four-season swimming pool, Sky Garden, Cloud Forest, an indoor pickleball court, and a commercial center.

After the topping-out ceremony, Luxora Bac Giang will focus its resources on finishing items. Previously, the project was certified by the Department of Construction of Bac Ninh Province as eligible for sale, creating a favorable foundation for the business and construction implementation process.

With synchronous planning, architecture bearing local imprints, and a multi-tiered utility system, the developer expects to contribute to creating a new highlight of lifestyle in the region.
