Ecopark launches The Palm Island villa project

Located in Nghe An, The Palm Island is situated within the nearly 200-hectare Eco Central Park urban area. It features compound island villas that combine waterfront landscapes, resort-style amenities, and a multi-layered security system.

The Palm Island is part of Europe Island, one of the signature subdivisions of Eco Central Park. Previously, Europe Island first introduced its island villa product line, The Grand Island, in April this year, inspired by ancient European villages.

The entire 16-hectare Palm Island area is planned into 11 island branches surrounded by a water system. On average, each square meter of construction is cooled by about two square meters of internal water surface, contributing to a well-ventilated climate and expansive views. Each villa here features large glass panels, giving owners a view of the water from every indoor space.

The garden area of each villa also emphasizes contact with the water. The aquatic embankment system has a gentle slope from the garden to the water to ensure safety for residents, especially young children. Landscape terraces and garden miniatures are actively personalized according to general standards, creating synchronization, aesthetic beauty, and increasing practicality.

In addition to the landscape elements, The Palm Island is operated under a closed compound model. A multi-layered security system, technology-driven facial recognition, and integrated mobile patrol loops ensure high security and privacy for internal residents.

Drawing on their experience in creating and operating the compound at Ecopark Hung Yen, the operations team of The Palm Island also designs personalized services tailored to the needs of high-end residents. The operational model focuses on six standard groups: multi-layered security, deep cleaning, butler services, technical maintenance, landscape care, and the right to use internal amenities. Among these, the technical department aims to arrive within five minutes of receiving a resident’s request.

Being located within Europe Island, residents of The Palm Island have access to the shared amenities at The Grand Clubhouse and six themed gardens. According to the planning, these outdoor spaces are located within a radius of less than 300 meters from each home, making them easily accessible on foot.

The Grand Clubhouse is the shared utility center for both The Palm Island and The Grand Island. The facility covers an area of about 7,500 square meters, the largest in the clubhouse system developed by the founder of Ecopark. The clubhouse is situated on an oasis, offering a 360-degree view of the water and surrounded by green landscapes. The outdoor space includes a herb garden, a pebble foot reflexology path, viewing decks, a fishing area, and an outdoor playground.

Inside the clubhouse, the amenities are designed to resort standards, featuring an all-season swimming pool for adults, a children’s pool, and a 500-square-meter jacuzzi using salt electrolysis technology. The facility also features an onsen hot mineral pool, a cold mineral pool, a sauna, and a steam room, forming a health care utility chain for various age groups. The main area is arranged into a lounge, a restaurant, and a coffee shop. The dining service area has a capacity of about 600 guests, meeting the needs of residents for meetings, hosting guests, or organizing large-scale banquets.

Over the years, island villas have been developed by Ecopark as a signature product line. From Ecopark Green City (Hung Yen) to Europe Island at Eco Central Park (Nghe An), the developer aims to create waterfront living communities where natural landscapes play a central role and quality of life is prioritized.

The orientation toward developing waterfront living spaces, a closed compound model, and an internal utility system helped Europe Island (including The Palm Island and The Grand Island) win the title of “Most Stylish Residential Development in Asia” at the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards 2025.

An Ecopark representative said the award recognizes the architectural design, landscape, and spatial organization of the subdivision during the development of Eco Central Park. This result also shows a growing trend of focusing on physical and mental health as well as community cohesion in contemporary housing projects.

The Eco Central Park urban area commenced construction in March 2023, becoming one of the typical green mega-urban areas in the Central region. Currently, the urban area has handed over two high-rise towers and 1,000 townhouses, welcoming thousands of residents to live and continuously completing major amenities such as the 3,000-square-meter Song Hong Eco educational complex, the FPT inter-level school system enrolling its first school year in 2026-2027, and a 3,000-square-meter indoor children’s playground. In addition, Swan Lake Central Park has become a popular destination attracting a large number of residents, locals, and visitors.
