These projects all appear in areas playing central roles in tourism, commerce, and international trade. Marina Bay has become one of the symbols of Singapore. In Vietnam, Da Nang possesses many similar elements. The city concentrates an ecosystem of sea, river, and mountains along with a tourism service network that has developed over many years.

According to the Da Nang Statistics Office, in the first 5 months of the year, Da Nang welcomed over 7.74 million staying visitors, an increase of over 20% compared to the same period last year. Of which, international visitors reached about 4.18 million, an increase of over 23%. Revenue from accommodation, catering, and travel services is estimated at 27,700 billion VND, an increase of over 19%. Cultural and heritage destinations in the region continue to maintain their attraction, such as the Museum of Cham Sculpture, My Son Sanctuary, and Hoi An…

Besides tourism, the city is expanding its role in the financial and high-tech sectors. According to the plan for the 2026-2030 period, Da Nang aims to develop an additional 5,000 workers in the semiconductor microchip industry and 3,000 workers in artificial intelligence. The demand for accommodation, living environments, and utility systems of this expert group creates additional demand for the housing market.

Investment activities also recorded many positive signals. In the same period, the city attracted 237.7 million USD in FDI capital, double that of the same period last year. According to data from the City Statistics Office, the real estate business sector led in total registered capital with 2,467 billion VND.

The increase in the flow of tourists, experts, and investment activities entails a demand for integrated living spaces. Besides location and connectivity, many people are interested in a living environment that can simultaneously meet the needs for working, living, relaxing, and healthcare.

The investor develops the project in the direction of Work – Live – Resort. The Work area includes a co-working space and private meeting rooms, serving the flexible working needs of experts, businessmen, and digital workers. The Live area focuses on residential experiences with functionally optimized designs, views of the Han River, and operation management services. Meanwhile, the Resort area adds a chain of amenities such as a swimming pool, gym, spa, rooftop lounge, restaurants, cafes, and a multi-purpose entertainment area.

The combination of workspaces, residences, and resort amenity systems in the same project aims to meet the increasingly diverse needs of the urban resident and expert groups working in Da Nang.

The enterprise representative expects that the growth momentum of tourism, investment capital flows, and the expansion of high-tech and financial industries will create more room for urban resort real estate, while promoting the emergence of integrated development projects in Da Nang.
