Nam Long launches amenity complex at Elyse Island urban area – VnExpress

On June 20, Nam Long organized the Elyse Voyage event at Dai Phuoc Island (Nhon Trach, Dong Nai), officially launching the Elyse Marina Club. This is one of the outstanding amenity categories put into operation at Elyse Island – a project belonging to Nam Long’s premium real estate Legacy Collection.

According to the developer, Elyse Marina Club is a central amenity complex spanning over 8 hectares, planned at a location directly connecting to the marina and the riverside landscape system. The amenity system is designed to high-end resort standards, including a clubhouse, a 45-meter riverside swimming pool, outdoor sports clusters, a gym, a restaurant-cafe, a VIP lounge area, and an Onsen and Ganbanyoku healthcare complex inspired by Japanese therapeutic culture.

Putting the facility into operation is considered a step forward in completing the amenity system of Elyse Island, while also giving customers the opportunity to practically experience the space and services at the project.

Within the framework of the event, guests participated in experiential activities, art, and fashion performances at the Elyse Marina Club area. The highlight of the program was the “Day dua” collection by designer Adrian Anh Tuan, along with musical performances held in the riverside space. Event attendees were transported by yacht, experiencing the river route from Ho Chi Minh City to Dai Phuoc Island.

Designer Adrian Anh Tuan said he was impressed with the natural landscape and architecture of the project, especially the riverside space and the marina area. According to him, the riverside landscape and Mediterranean architecture contributed to creating an emotional runway for the collection.

“I was quite surprised by the harmony of the architecture situated by a very beautiful riverbank and featuring a marina. The combination of the Day dua collection and the space here brings a wonderful feeling,” the designer shared.

Ms. Bach Duong, a resident living on Dai Phuoc Island, said she initially worried that life on the island would lack amenities. However, after a period of practical experience, the river environment, green space, and friendly residential community brought a different perception. This resident was impressed with the Elyse Marina Club and the marina system at the project.

According to her, the development of the marina along with water traffic connections opens up a different living experience, contributing to increasing the appeal of the island urban area in the future.

According to a Nam Long representative, Elyse Island is developed with the orientation of combining private living space and the ability to connect with the Eastern area of Ho Chi Minh City as well as neighboring economic centers. Elyse Marina Club serves as an amenity center for the residential community, and at the same time is a place for living, entertainment, and community connection activities.

“The space here is where residents can enjoy daily relaxation while still conveniently connecting with the dynamic development of the Eastern area of Ho Chi Minh City,” said the Nam Long representative.

Besides Elyse Marina Club, the project is gradually completing other amenity categories such as the marina, an approximately 1.5 km long riverside walking path, and the waterfront landscape system.

According to the developer, these categories are developed to exploit the natural advantages of Dai Phuoc Island while increasing outdoor living space for residents.

Elyse Island is developed on a land fund of about 45 hectares at Dai Phuoc Island, with the orientation of building an integrated urban area associated with river landscapes and green spaces.

The Nam Long representative stated that the launch of Elyse Marina Club is one of the first milestones in the process of completing the amenity ecosystem at the project. The remaining categories will continue to be implemented in the coming time to gradually form a residential community at the Elyse Island urban area. Through Elyse Voyage, the enterprise also introduced more clearly the project’s development orientation, which focuses on living experiences associated with nature, water surfaces, and amenities serving the residential community.
