QP Xanh changes its name to QP Holdings
Along with its new name after 20 years, QP Holdings announced three pillars including residential real estate, industrial real estate, and financial investment, setting a target for 2026 profit to increase by more than 500%.
QP Xanh was established in 2007, initially operating in the mechanical engineering and construction sectors. In 2009, the unit expanded its operations into tea and agricultural product processing. In 2016, the enterprise listed on the Hanoi Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol HKT.
After nearly two decades of operation, the enterprise changed its name to QP Holdings Joint Stock Company. The decision was approved at the 2026 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders. The unit stated that the new name reflects the orientation of expanding operational scale, improving governance capacity, and developing the investment ecosystem in the next phase.
In which, “QP” continues to inherit the brand value built over nearly 20 years, while “Holdings” represents the role of the parent company in capital management, project portfolio development, and resource allocation.
The name change goes hand in hand with a strategic repositioning process, aiming towards a holdings model in the field of real estate investment and development. The three pillars the unit aims for in the new phase include residential real estate, industrial real estate, and financial investment.
According to the enterprise, residential real estate continues to be the core sector based on years of development experience. Meanwhile, industrial real estate is identified as a long-term growth driver in the context of Vietnam continuing to attract FDI manufacturing capital flows.
For the 2026-2030 period, the enterprise aims to expand its scale through developing key projects, increasing land funds, and seeking cooperation and M&A opportunities.
Specifically in the next two years, the enterprise expects to deploy the 13.78-hectare QP Green Park project with a total investment of about 1,300 billion VND, while also developing the D7 and D17 projects in Binh Duong. In parallel, the company continues to expand its industrial real estate portfolio and projects under the holdings model.

At the same time, financial investment activities play a role in optimizing capital and expanding strategic cooperation. QP Holdings stated that these three areas will be developed in a mutually supportive direction to improve investment efficiency and create long-term value.
Along with the brand repositioning, QP Holdings is implementing capital increase plans to strengthen its financial foundation, serving the strategy of expanding land funds and developing new projects. The enterprise stated that the additional capital will be used to deploy key projects, expand investment cooperation, and seize opportunities in the real estate market.
The enterprise sets a goal for 2026 to achieve revenue of 116 billion VND and after-tax profit of 31 billion VND, up about 179% and 578% respectively compared to the previous year. In the first quarter of 2026, the company’s profit increased about 11 times over the same period.
