Phu Long and Keppel break ground on dual-frontage townhouse project
In Hanoi, Phu Long and Keppel broke ground on the 2.86-hectare Estiva Charm project in Mailand Hanoi City urban area on July 2.
Estiva Charm consists of 109 dual-frontage commercial townhouses. The project integrates over 20 internal amenities, including a clubhouse, mineral salt pool, sports area, yoga zone, and children’s playground. The development also connects to the infrastructure and amenities of the entire urban area.
Estiva Charm is also the first project implemented in the Estiva subdivision of Mailand Hanoi City. The developer stated that international firms such as Land Sculptor, BYG, and Ong & Ong are in charge of planning, architectural, and landscape consultancy.
Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony, Deputy Minister of Construction Nguyen Van Sinh said that the capital has announced a master plan with a 100-year vision, highlighting enhanced regional connectivity, urban development under the TOD (Transit-Oriented Development) model, placing public transport at the center, and forming new growth poles to ease population density in the inner city, building smart, green, and sustainable cities, selectively reconstructing urban areas, and exploiting multi-tiered, multi-layered, and multi-objective spaces.
The Deputy Minister highly appreciated the active contribution of enterprises like Sovico and Phu Long to the national real estate housing market in general and the development of Hanoi Capital in particular through the Estiva Charm project.

He expects the project to contribute to enhancing the vitality of the urban area while bringing long-term value to customers, investors, and the community.
