Tan A Dai Thanh proposes three urban areas worth VND 47 trillion in Hanoi
Tan A Dai Thanh Real Estate Joint Stock Company – Meyland has proposed three projects covering 764 hectares with a total investment of approximately VND 47 trillion in Hanoi.
This information was recently announced by the Hanoi Department of Finance in the list of projects calling for investment in the city.
Tan A Dai Thanh Group Real Estate Joint Stock Company – Meyland proposed implementing three new urban area projects. Among these, the largest project is the Bac Hong new urban area in Phuc Thinh commune, covering 282 hectares. This location belongs to the former Dong Anh district before administrative mergers, located more than 20 kilometers north of central Hanoi.
With an expected total investment of VND 18 trillion, the project will feature modern architecture, synchronized infrastructure, and a commercial and service complex. The entire Bac Hong new urban area project is scheduled for completion by 2032.
In Bo De ward, Long Bien district, and Bat Trang commune, Tan A Dai Thanh’s enterprise also proposed a new urban area spanning an estimated 270 hectares. The preliminary total investment is VND 15 trillion.
In the western region, Tan A Dai Thanh – Meyland wants to develop a 212-hectare urban area in Thach That and Tay Phuong communes. This urban area is expected to have a preliminary investment of VND 14 trillion.
The three urban areas proposed by Tan A Dai Thanh are also among the largest in size and preliminary capital out of 51 housing projects currently calling for investment.
Other major projects include the Dan Phuong new urban area in O Dien commune (128 hectares, capital of over VND 19 trillion) proposed by the Construction Joint Stock Commercial Corporation; the Thuong Cat functional urban area in Thuong Cat and Tay Tuu wards and O Dien commune (nearly 139 hectares, capital of over VND 18.5 trillion); and the Bac Thang Long innovation dynamics urban area in Phuc Thinh commune (capital of over VND 14.5 trillion).
Established in 1993, Tan A Dai Thanh has now become a multi-sector conglomerate operating in fields such as industry, high technology, and real estate. In the real estate sector, Meyland is known as the developer of numerous urban, resort, and industrial real estate projects.
In Hanoi, Tan A Dai Thanh’s company has developed housing projects in Yen So and Vinh Hung. In the resort segment, Meyland has invested in a project covering over 300 hectares in Phu Quoc.
On its website, Tan A Dai Thanh states that it owns a prime land bank of about 1,000 hectares in various localities, including Hanoi, Nghe An, Ho Chi Minh City, and Phu Quoc.
