Hanoi – The Ecopath walking path and various amenities at Vista Nam An Khanh are being completed one after another, contributing to the creation of a living space focused on health and experiences for residents.
Implemented since 2025, the first 2.5 km section of the Ecopath walking path at Vista Nam An Khanh has been completed and put into use. This space has become a familiar spot for residents to walk, jog, and cycle every day.
Ecopath is also one of the items developed by SJ Group under the orientation of building a health-focused urban area, while gradually perfecting the amenity system and green landscape.

In addition to the walking path, several internal amenities have gone into operation, such as a children’s playground, outdoor sports space, meditation garden, foot massage path, and V-Mart supermarket (opened in April). According to the plan, Dien An Cafe, an 8-court pickleball complex at CX100, and two parking lots P and P1 will be added in the near future.
The developer is also continuing to complete the 7.5-meter-wide sidewalk system on main traffic routes. Along with more than 13.1 hectares of greenery arranged alternately between sub-divisions, the green landscape system is gradually forming a connecting axis throughout the entire urban area.
SJ Group said it will expand the green area and three regulating lakes for the urban area. This year alone, the unit plans to plant about 10,000 more trees, after completing more than 9,200 trees in 2025. A representative of the enterprise said that increasing green spaces aims to contribute to improving the microclimate, expanding outdoor physical activity spaces, and enhancing the quality of life for residents.

In parallel with the amenity system, the residential sub-divisions also recorded positive construction progress. At Vista Serena, many rows of houses are ready for handover. The shophouse rows on An Thinh street (A2), along Dan Hoai canal, are under construction and expected to be completed in the third quarter.
In the Vista Garden sub-division, several rows have completed their rough construction and are finishing architectural, landscaping, and infrastructure work. Meanwhile, Vista Palma can be put into operation to serve residents as well as commercial and service activities. The La Vista sub-division is also being implemented according to plan.

The internal infrastructure system is also being upgraded. The 50-meter-wide Lien Khu 8 route has basically taken shape, oriented to become a traffic axis combined with the green landscape of the urban area.
An Thinh street along Dan Hoai canal is expected to be widened to 36 meters, while the 40-meter-wide main axis of Nam An Khanh continues to be refurbished. Lighting systems have also been added to many internal roads.

Vista Nam An Khanh is an urban area located in the west of Hanoi – where many infrastructure projects are appearing, such as the Ring Road 3.5 – Thang Long Avenue intersection, the Ring Road 4 parallel road, and Metro Line 5 (Van Cao – Hoa Lac). According to the planning, this metro line has two stations at Vista Nam An Khanh and connects with five other metro lines in Hanoi.
In addition, An Khanh commune has been included in the list for implementing 12 new roads along with many schools and public works during the 2026-2030 period. The Lien Khu 8 route will also continue to be expanded, connecting with the regional transport network.
According to SJ Group, along with the process of completing amenities, landscape, and infrastructure, Vista Nam An Khanh is oriented to develop under the model of a green mega-urban area, focusing on the living space, amenities, and experiences of residents.
