TT Genesis joint venture breaks ground on apartment project in South Ho Chi Minh City – VnExpress

With an investment of over 6,000 billion VND, TT Genesis in South Ho Chi Minh City is developed by TT Capital alongside Japanese and Singaporean partners.

The project is located in the Dao Su Tich residential area (Phuoc Kien, Nha Be), adjacent to the Phu My Hung urban area. The construction was commenced on July 3 by a joint venture including TT Capital Investment Joint Stock Company, Vietmax Capital, Cosmos Initia, Hinokiya Group, Koterasu Group, and the official contractor Ricons Construction Investment Joint Stock Company.

The event marks the construction phase following the establishment of the joint venture. TT Genesis is also the second project of TT Capital, bringing together enterprises from Japan and Singapore with years of experience in real estate investment, development, and finance, having participated in the development of thousands of products in Vietnam and internationally.

One of the highlights of the project is its three-sided riverfront location, creating a space connected to nature and open views. According to the developer, the waterfront advantage combined with the location adjacent to the Phu My Hung urban area helps the project inherit the established education, commercial, medical systems, and living environment of South Ho Chi Minh City.

The project also boasts four street fronts, situated on the 30-meter-wide main road of the Dao Su Tich residential area, while bordering three 13-meter-wide internal roads. From here, residents can connect to Phu My Hung, the Zeitgeist Nha Be urban area (GS Metrocity), and many other large-scale urban areas in the region.

Surrounding the project are various infrastructure projects such as Phu My 2 Bridge, Thu Thiem 4 Bridge, Can Gio Bridge, Nguyen Khoai Bridge, Nguyen Huu Tho elevated road, and Le Van Luong parallel road. According to the developer, upon completion, these projects are expected to help shorten the travel time between the South and the center of Ho Chi Minh City as well as the Thu Thiem urban area.

In addition, the area is planned to have public transport routes such as Metro Line 4, Metro Line 7, Metro Line 10, and the Ben Thanh – Can Gio route during the 2025-2030 period. According to the company, residents can quickly connect to metro stations in the area once the system is operational.

Within a 5-10 minute drive, residents can access many existing amenities such as SC VivoCity, Crescent Mall, FV Hospital, Tam Duc Heart Hospital, RMIT University, and Ton Duc Thang University.

According to a representative of the Joint Venture, the advantages in location and infrastructure are among the factors helping TT Genesis attract market interest right from the early stages of implementation.

The project is developed with inspiration from Water and Light, aiming to create a living space in harmony with nature, knowledge, and sustainable development.

The developer also dedicates over 8,000 square meters to outdoor amenities and about 2,800 square meters to indoor facilities. Expected items include a mineral salt technology swimming pool for adults and children, a BBQ area, a children’s playground, a jogging track, an outdoor cinema, a basketball court, a camping lawn, a meditation garden, a walking path, and a mini golf course. The amenities aim to meet the living, relaxation, and healthcare needs of residents.

The joint venture representative stated that the project is developed under the Next Good philosophy, focusing on construction quality, design, and progress to create long-term value for the real housing needs of the owners.
