Owning a Hai Phong apartment with extended payment schedules
The Zenith Hai Phong is implementing various extended payment policies, allowing buyers to receive their homes early while reducing cash flow pressure during the initial phase of apartment ownership.
The highlight of this sales phase is the Leisurely Payment program. Accordingly, buyers only need to make a cumulative payment of 39% of the apartment value to receive handover for living or leasing. The remaining value is divided into monthly installments of approximately 1%, equivalent to about 25 million VND.
For buyers using bank loans, the project applies the Pay 50% to Receive Home – Interest Rate Support program. Buyers pay 50% of the apartment value to receive their home, while enjoying a 0% interest rate support for 18 months post-handover. According to the developer, this policy helps buyers have more time to balance their finances, accumulate capital, or implement investment plans without facing interest payment pressure in the early stages.
In addition, buyers can enjoy various incentives such as discounts of up to 8.5% of the apartment value, two years of free management and operation fees, a Sky Pool experience voucher, and a furniture package worth up to 250 million VND.
These policies are implemented as the project has entered the ready-for-handover phase, enabling buyers to quickly put their apartments to use or exploit their value.

The Zenith Hai Phong targets customers seeking a modern living space right in the city center. The project invests in a reception lobby system, high-speed elevators, designs optimized for natural light, and fully completed handover standards.
Each apartment features Woodlands fireproof and soundproof main doors; wooden flooring; anti-slip tiles in toilets and loggias; Hafele digital smart locks integrated with keycards, fingerprints, passwords, and mechanical keys; cassette air conditioners, and a central hot water system. Large glass doors enhance natural light and ventilation, creating an airy living space.

In addition to residential needs, the developer assesses that early handover also opens up opportunities for immediate rental exploitation. According to the developer, apartment rental yields in Hai Phong currently reach about 4.6-4.8%. In the city center, the occupancy rate of rental apartments remains at around 85-90% due to demand from experts and high-quality labor working in industrial zones.
In the first 6 months of the year, the city’s GRDP is estimated to have increased by 11.33%, ranking 3rd nationwide and the highest in 5 years; prior to that, in just the first 4 months of the year, the locality attracted nearly 1.3 billion USD in FDI capital, an increase of nearly 77% compared to the same period last year. Economic growth momentum along with investment inflows continue to drive housing demand from experts and high-quality labor, creating a solid foundation for the apartment segment.
In this context, projects ready for immediate handover with extended payment schedules are considered options that help buyers reduce financial pressure while quickly settling down or exploiting the asset’s value. With advantages in progress, handover standards, and sales policies, The Zenith Hai Phong aims to simultaneously meet both residential and investment needs in the port city’s market.
