According to data from the Da Nang Statistics Office, from the beginning of the year to April 20, the locality attracted about 237.7 million USD in registered FDI, doubling the same period last year. In April alone, the total newly registered capital reached over 200 million USD.
One of the driving forces contributing to the city’s increasing investment appeal is the international financial center. Five months after this center went into operation, the city granted membership registration certificates to the first 12 investors and enterprises, and awarded letters of interest approval to 11 other units. Currently, 9 more investors are completing their registration dossiers to participate.
Da Nang chose to build the international financial center based on three sectors: finance, blockchain, and semiconductors. Unlike many international models that often develop based on a single strong sector such as finance – fintech (Singapore), digital assets (Dubai), or semiconductors (the US), the city aims to connect these sectors within the same ecosystem.
With this orientation, several semiconductor companies such as Synopsys and Marvell are already present in Da Nang. Nvidia, Qualcomm, and Intel are also exploring investment opportunities and cooperating to develop local human resources.
In the technology manufacturing sector, Foxlink – an enterprise from Taiwan (China) – has invested 135 million USD and continues to expand its operations. Previously, in September 2025, the Da Nang City People’s Committee signed a memorandum of understanding with Binance to research and develop a blockchain and digital asset ecosystem associated with the international financial center.

Along with investment attraction activities, the city’s tourism continues to maintain its growth momentum. In the first 5 months of the year, Da Nang welcomed about 7.74 million accommodated guests, an increase of 20.9% compared to the same period last year; of which international visitors reached 4.18 million, up 23.6%.
The increase in investment capital flows, international trade activities, and tourist volume is creating more demand for accommodation, workspaces, and the use of urban amenities. Besides, the presence of technology companies, financial institutions, along with a team of experts, managers, and high-quality workers also contributes to boosting the demand for housing and offices in the city.
In Da Nang, this trend is expected to become clearer as the international financial center is planned on land lots A12, A13, A14, A15 on the Vo Van Kiet axis and lot A* at the Vo Van Kiet – Vo Nguyen Giap intersection, facing My Khe beach. This area connects conveniently to the administrative center, the Han River, and the coastal tourism axis.
Accordingly, projects located within a convenient connecting radius to the international financial center are evaluated as having the opportunity to access a new group of tenants and residents. Located on the September 2 – Binh Hien – Dao Tan street axis, the M Riverside Danang apartment project faces APEC Park and the Han River, about 5-10 minutes away from the Da Nang international financial center.

M Riverside Danang is developed on a land fund of over 1,516 square meters, 25 stories high, with 3 basement levels, providing 321 commercial apartments and live-work offices including studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units. The project already has a construction permit and is being implemented on the current legal basis.
The construction is planned according to a model combining working, living, and resort elements. The workspace includes a co-working area and private meeting rooms; the apartment area focuses on usability and operational services; while the utility system integrates a swimming pool, gym, spa, restaurant, cafe, and rooftop lounge.
A representative of the developer said the project was researched according to the needs of experts, managers, and investors working in the city center area. According to the enterprise, the relocation trend of businesses in the finance and technology sectors along with a high-quality workforce is opening up opportunities for real estate models that integrate working, living, and resort spaces in Da Nang.
