Meygroup launches new subdivision in 300-hectare urban area in Phu Quoc – VnExpress

Meyhomes Capital Phu Quoc urban area launches the Meypearl Ciel subdivision with two 25-story towers, offering 1,012 apartments and inheriting an all-in-one utility system.

The project consists of two 25-story towers with 1,012 apartments, featuring a diverse structure from Studio, 1-bedroom+1 to 2-bedroom+1, targeting a community of experts, entrepreneurs, and global citizens coming to live and work on the Pearl Island.

Meyhomes Ciel continues the success of the existing subdivisions at Meyhomes Capital Phu Quoc. The project is developed under the philosophy of pure real estate, inheriting the synchronized ecosystem of the mega-urban area along with modern service and operation systems.

The highlight of Meypearl Ciel is the planning that takes the Mey River as the central landscape axis. Running along more than 1 km of the riverbank is a walking path, 4 theme parks, a square, a sports area, a children’s playground, and over 40 internal utilities, creating a seamless ecological living space between nature and the urban environment.

Meypearl Ciel has one side facing the Mey River and another directly connecting to the DT.975 boulevard with 10 lanes and two metro lanes. This advantage helps residents enjoy their living environment while easily connecting to key service, commercial, and infrastructure centers of South Phu Quoc.

According to the developer, Meypearl Ciel targets a young community of residents with a dynamic and flexible lifestyle. This is where modern life intersects with nature, offering a balanced living environment for relaxation, work, and connection.

“The project was formed to meet the aspiration for a new living domain of the global citizen generation – young, open-minded, innovative people with high standards who always prioritize quality and living experiences,” a representative of the developer said.

In addition to settlement value, Meypearl Ciel also possesses legal advantages. The project is located within the long-term ownership land fund, which accounts for only a small percentage (about 6%, according to the land use planning to 2030) of the entire island. This is the foundation for settlement needs while increasing long-term accumulated value.

Meyhomes Ciel was launched as the Pearl Island enters the preparation phase for APEC 2027, aiming to become an international economic and tourism hub. Phu Quoc is deploying a series of large-scale infrastructure projects to serve this orientation.

According to Meygroup, APEC opens up long-term prospects for the island city. Therefore, the project is expected to add high-quality long-term ownership apartment products to the market, meeting the demands of the global citizen generation.

Meyhomes Ciel belongs to Meyhomes Capital Phu Quoc urban area, developed by Meygroup – a member of Tan A Dai Thanh Group. The project has a scale of about 300 hectares located in the center of An Thoi, including various housing, commercial, hotel, and service items. Currently, the project has operated many subdivisions, art parks, shows, and many cultural and entertainment events are regularly held.
