Bau Hien’s Group wants to increase investment in Bac Ninh – VnExpress

The Founder and Executive Chairman of T&T Group, Mr. Do Quang Hien, stated that the company is implementing 5 projects in the province, including: Ngoi Con Ten New Urban Area and regional health and sports complex in Tan Chi and Chi Lang communes with a scale of 1,067 hectares; Ninh Son – Trung Son – Tien Son Cultural Service and Commercial Service Urban Area with a scale of 133.5 hectares; Ninh Son Service Urban Area with a scale of 42 hectares in Van Ha ward; Tu Lan – Bich Son – Trung Son Industrial Park phase 1 with a scale of 150 hectares. The total proposed area is up to more than 1,390 hectares.

In addition, the group proposed to invest in two new projects according to the adjusted planning of Bac Ninh province, including: Huong Gian Urban Area (Tan Tien ward); Bac Giang High-tech Innovation Research Park Complex (Canh Thuy ward), with a scale of about 440 hectares.

According to a representative of T&T Group, the projects are in line with the local development planning orientation and are currently in the stage of implementing legal procedures for investment. However, the implementation process still faces some related difficulties, so the company proposed that the province and its departments and agencies continue to pay attention, support, and guide to remove these difficulties, accelerate the progress of completing legal procedures, and create conditions for the projects to be implemented soon as planned.

Discussing at the working session, leaders of Bac Ninh province and representatives of departments and branches directly answered the enterprise’s recommendations. At the same time, the province also clarified issues related to planning, land, investment, and administrative procedures.

Leaders of the Provincial People’s Committee stated that many issues related to planning, urban development programs, housing development programs, and urban spatial development orientations have basically been resolved. From that foundation, the province requested T&T Group to focus resources on implementation, proactively handle arising difficulties, and be determined to put the projects into reality.

For projects with remaining obstacles, Chairman of Bac Ninh Provincial People’s Committee Pham Hoang Son requested functional agencies to enhance coordination with T&T Group to accelerate the appraisal process, complete dossiers, and advise on adding eligible projects to the implementation list according to regulations. Along with that, the province will continue to shorten the processing time of administrative procedures to create favorable conditions for investors during the project implementation process.

Delivering the concluding remarks at the working session, Secretary of Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Hong Thai emphasized that the locality is entering a new development phase with many strategic tasks and long-term growth goals. To actualize these orientations, besides the efforts of the government, the province needs the companionship of investors with potential, experience, and strategic vision, typically like T&T Group.

Sharing the difficulties that the enterprise faces during project implementation, the Provincial Party Secretary affirmed that Bac Ninh always considers enterprises as accompanying partners in development. The locality will continue to proactively remove obstacles in accordance with legal regulations, creating a favorable environment for projects to be deployed soon. The Provincial Party Secretary also expressed the desire for T&T Group to continue researching, proposing, and investing in large-scale projects and works with symbolic value, contributing to creating a new appearance for Bac Ninh.
