The Mansions ParkCity Hanoi wins international award for low-rise residential – VnExpress

The FIABCI World Prix d’Excellence Awards 2026, organized by the International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI), took place on June 11 in Vienna, Austria, to honor outstanding real estate projects globally in various categories such as residential, urban planning, green buildings, hotels, retail, and sustainable development.

At the event, Mr. Datuk Joseph Lau, Group Chief Executive Officer of ParkCity Group, stated that The Mansions ParkCity Hanoi was awarded the Gold winner in the Low Rise Residential category for meeting the criteria of design, planning, construction quality, living environment, benefits for residents, and project development efficiency.

“This award is a recognition for the project at an international real estate award, and at the same time demonstrates the development orientation that ParkCity Group has pursued for more than two decades,” Mr. Datuk Joseph Lau shared. According to him, although each project has its own nuances, shaped by the local market, culture, and community, all are linked together by a common goal of building living spaces where residents can enjoy life to the fullest, be connected, and grow increasingly prosperous.

The Mansions is located within the ParkCity Hanoi urban area, developing a living space that combines amenities, privacy, and community cohesion. The project also aims for high-end low-rise living standards through architecture, green landscapes, and planning centered around the residential community – the philosophy pursued by ParkCity Group.

While The Mansions ParkCity Hanoi was awarded the Gold winner in the low-rise residential category, the Park Regent Desa ParkCity condominium project developed by this group in Malaysia also received the Gold winner in the high-rise residential category. This double award recognizes the projects developed by ParkCity Group in two markets, while reflecting the development orientation of integrated urban areas that the enterprise pursues.
