Vietnam-Japan-Singapore Joint Venture to Develop Over 1,400 Apartments in Nha Be – VnExpress

The project covers approximately 1.9 hectares and consists of two 30-story apartment towers with more than 1,400 apartments and 12 shophouses. The joint venture developing the project includes TT Capital, Cosmos Initia, Hinokiya Group, Koterasu Group, and Vietmax Capital.

Among these, Cosmos Initia is a member of Daiwa House Group (Japan), Hinokiya Group operates in the housing development sector, Koterasu Group is a real estate investor, and Vietmax Capital participates as a financial partner.

According to TT Capital’s representative, this is the company’s second project in collaboration with Japanese partners after the TT Avio project. Previously, Cosmos Initia, TT Capital, and Koterasu Group jointly developed the TT Avio project with approximately 2,000 apartments in the eastern district of Ho Chi Minh City.

The TT Genesis project is located on Dao Su Tich Road, connecting with transportation routes such as Nguyen Van Linh, Le Van Luong, and the Ben Luc – Long Thanh highway. This area also benefits from ongoing infrastructure projects in the southern part of the city, including the expansion of Nguyen Huu Tho Road and future metro line planning. This will be one of the large-scale projects implemented in Nha Be during 2026-2027.

Mr. Nguyen Dinh Truong, CEO of TT Capital, stated that the supply of new apartments in southern Ho Chi Minh City has been quite limited in recent years compared to other areas of the city. He added that the addition of more than 1,400 apartments could help increase the housing supply for the area.

The company representative stated that the project has been approved for land use purpose conversion and is completing related financial obligations before proceeding with the next steps.

The trend of cooperation between domestic enterprises and foreign investors is becoming increasingly common amid the market entering a strong consolidation phase. Combining capital sources, management experience, and international development standards can help improve project quality while creating additional housing supply for areas lacking new residential products, such as the core of Ho Chi Minh City.
