Lavila Township develops its first high-rise subdivision – VnExpress

Lavila Township is a 60-hectare urban area in South Ho Chi Minh City. The project has already formed low-rise housing groups, landscapes, and internal infrastructure. The first high-rise subdivision, Arcadia at Lavila, developed by a joint venture between Groupe PierreVal (France) and Kien A Group (Vietnam), is introduced to add an apartment line to the existing overall urban area.

The project is located in Nha Be, an area gaining attention thanks to traffic axes connecting the South to the city center and satellite towns. In the long term, this area is expected to benefit from infrastructure projects such as Metro Line 4 along Nguyen Huu Tho street, Ring Road 3 of Ho Chi Minh City, and the Ben Luc – Long Thanh Expressway.

According to the investor, Arcadia at Lavila is the first high-rise subdivision in Lavila Township. The project includes apartment buildings, commercial podiums, and shopping streets.

The development model of Arcadia at Lavila focuses on the need to live in an urban area with an existing community. Buyers can access landscape spaces, internal amenities, and commercial services within the same urban complex.

South Ho Chi Minh City is entering a phase of increased infrastructure investment. Ring Road 3 helps improve inter-regional connectivity. The Ben Luc – Long Thanh Expressway supports travel to Long Thanh Airport and southern logistics centers. Metro Line 4, when implemented, will add a public transport option for the Nguyen Huu Tho axis.
