Advantages for Ben Luc to welcome the population expansion trend – VnExpress

According to Decision 686/QD-TTg, the Hung Nhon – Tan An urban railway line is planned to connect the Long An area (now Tay Ninh) with the public transport network of Ho Chi Minh City in the future. This is considered one of the foundations for expanding urban development space towards the west of the city.

Transport infrastructure has long been considered an important factor in the formation of satellite cities. Reality shows that many areas have recorded strong economic and demographic changes after key transport routes were invested in and put into operation.

For the former Ben Luc district area, besides existing traffic routes such as the Ho Chi Minh City – Trung Luong expressway, Ben Luc – Long Thanh expressway, and National Highway 1, the future metro line planning is expected to contribute to increasing connectivity between the area and Ho Chi Minh City as well as neighboring localities.

Parallel to the infrastructure completion process, Ben Luc is currently an area concentrating many industrial parks and manufacturing activities. The presence of domestic and foreign enterprises entails a demand for housing for experts, engineers, and a professionally qualified workforce.

Recently, the housing market in this area has begun to see more projects aimed at real housing needs with synchronous planning and a complete utility system.

Notably, the Destino Centro project developed by Seaholdings in the My Yen commune area (former Ben Luc district). This project has a total scale of 2.1 hectares, including 5 towers, expected to provide more than 2,000 apartments to the market. The apartments have an area of 36-70 m2. Here, residents can enjoy a resort style ecosystem with a swimming pool, internal park, and modern educational space.

Located right on the frontage of National Highway 1A – the arterial road connecting the East and Southwest regions – the project possesses a strategic location. From here, residents can easily access the Ben Luc – Long Thanh Expressway and Ring Road 3 within a few minutes. The area also benefits from the future metro line planning. This location helps residents move flexibly, optimizing travel time to many places.

According to the investor, the project targets a group of customers with long-term settlement needs as well as those interested in the future development potential of the area. The project design focuses on modern living spaces, meeting the living needs of young families and the high-quality workforce working in the western area of Ho Chi Minh City.
