The project consists of 25 above-ground floors and three basements. The building is located on the connecting axis between the Dragon Bridge and the Tran Thi Ly Bridge, while also providing direct access to the utility and service system in the central area of Da Nang.
According to the developer, the project aims at the “Work – Live – Resort” model, combining living, working, and resort spaces within a single complex. The apartment design optimizes the view towards the Han River and the APEC park area, while taking advantage of the riverside landscape of the city center.

The project integrates an internal utility system including a swimming pool, gym, yoga area, restaurant, lounge, coffee shop, along with relaxation and community living spaces. Besides the demand for residential living, the investor expects this model to meet the needs of customer groups such as experts, high-quality workers, and medium to long-term staying guests in Da Nang.
According to a representative of the developer, the trend of combining living, working, and resort spaces is being applied by many major cities around the world to meet the increasingly diverse needs of urban residents. Among them, projects located in the central area, with convenient connections to the existing infrastructure and utility systems, often receive the attention of both real homebuyers and investors.
The appearance of integrated model projects takes place in the context of the Da Nang real estate market entering a new development phase. In 2025, the city recorded about 13,700 new products, of which apartments accounted for about 76%. In the period of 2025-2027, it is expected that more than 12,300 units from 19 projects will continue to enter the market.
According to experts, the increasing supply while investors are becoming more cautious promotes market differentiation. Transactions focus on projects with favorable locations, transparent legal status, and practical exploitation capabilities. Meanwhile, the price level in central areas, along the Han River, and along the My Khe coast remains high, indicating the demand for assets with real use value.

One of the supporting motivations for the central apartment segment comes from the growth of the tourism industry. In the first 4 months of the year, the total number of guests served by accommodation establishments in Da Nang was estimated at nearly 6 million arrivals, an increase of 19.2% compared to the same period last year. Among them, international visitors reached about 3.4 million arrivals, an increase of 24.9%; domestic visitors reached about 2.6 million arrivals. Accommodation and catering service revenue reached more than 20,000 billion VND, while hotel room occupancy in the central area remained high during peak tourism periods.

Besides its role as the tourism center of the Central region, Da Nang is also oriented to develop into an international financial center. With infrastructure advantages including an international airport, Tien Sa port, the orientation to develop Lien Chieu deep-water port, and a logistics network connecting the Central region, the city is expected to increase its ability to attract capital flows, businesses, and high-quality labor forces in the coming time.
According to experts, the simultaneous development of tourism, services, and new economic sectors contributes to changing the demand in the real estate market. In addition to traditional resort products, the market has seen a demand for spaces that can simultaneously meet the purposes of living, working, and staying for a long time. This is also a trend that has appeared in many international cities.
