Phu My Hung operates the first show house at Hong Hac City – VnExpress Newspaper

This is the first product out of a total of 4 show houses expected to be introduced by the investor at the project. The building belongs to the commercial townhouse (shophouse) line in zone F1-1, developed with French semi-classical architecture on the exterior, combining Asian inspiration and Indochine style in the interior space.

According to the project representative, each unit has a scale of 5 floors, built on a land plot with an area of 120-220m2, a frontage of 6m or more, and a spacious total floor area of 382-429m2. Among them, the product structure with a land area of 120m2 (6x20m) accounts for the highest proportion of this product type.

The shophouse design is optimized for a multi-functional model. The first floor is designed for business purposes with an open space. The upper floors can be flexibly arranged as offices or family living spaces.

The show house is completed with the exterior architecture, while the interior area is handed over bare so that visitors can visualize the design plan and functional usage according to their own needs.

The operation of the show house takes place while the infrastructure and utility items at Hong Hac City are being implemented simultaneously. The project, developed by Phu My Hung and Nomura on a 197.76-hectare land fund in Bac Ninh, is planned to include three subdivisions: Hong Phat, Hong Thinh, and Hong Phuc.

According to the investor, the project provides more than 2,800 products including commercial townhouses, adjacent houses, and villas, aiming for a population scale of about 27,700 people. The first houses in the Hong Phat subdivision are expected to be handed over to customers by the end of this year.

Besides residential products, the enterprise is deploying a technical infrastructure system, a 17.8-hectare central park, a 6.2-hectare Temporary Central Park experience area, and a landscape lake of nearly 2 hectares.

Mr. Bui Duy Toan, Director of Sales and Marketing Division at Phu My Hung, stated that Hong Hac City is oriented to be developed in multiple phases instead of being fully completed in a short time.

“An urban area that continues to be invested in will have additional growth momentum from new constructions and utilities, instead of entering a stable development phase right after completion,” he said.

According to the enterprise representative, the project is developed with the orientation of continuously adding constructions, utilities, and public spaces during operation, similar to the development model of the Phu My Hung urban area in Ho Chi Minh City.

The appearance of large-scale mega-urban areas in Bac Ninh takes place in the context that the locality continues to maintain its role as one of the industrial and foreign investment attraction centers of the North.

Bac Ninh currently concentrates many projects of technology and electronics corporations such as Samsung, Canon, Foxconn, Amkor, along with many other high-tech enterprises. By the end of the first quarter of this year, the locality attracted about 5.2 billion USD of registered and adjusted investment capital, while developing 39 industrial parks with a total area of more than 11,300 hectares.

According to provincial statistics, enterprises in the area are employing about 830,000 workers. The industrial parks alone attract about 570,000 people, including more than 24,000 foreign workers. The large scale of labor and experts creates an increasingly high demand for synchronously planned urban areas, meeting real housing needs and accompanying service systems.

A representative of VIB Bank said this is also one of the bases for the unit to decide to accompany Hong Hac City. According to the bank, Bac Ninh is benefiting from the process of industrial and infrastructure development and foreign investment capital flows, creating momentum for the housing and urban market in the long term.

At the event, Phu My Hung and representatives of Vietcombank, VIB, and BIDV signed a memorandum of understanding to cooperate in implementing financial solutions for the project. Under the agreement, customers buying houses at Hong Hac City can access credit packages with a maximum loan period of 30 years, while receiving interest rate support until the time of house handover.
