South Ho Chi Minh City gets additional supply of 900 apartments
Arcadia at Lavila, the first high-rise subdivision of Lavila Township, has just kicked off its implementation phase, providing more than 900 apartments for Ho Chi Minh City.
In June, Arcadia at Lavila organized a series of activities including a launching ceremony, groundbreaking ceremony, and show gallery opening, marking the project’s implementation phase.
The project is developed by a joint venture between Groupe PierreVal (France) and Kien A Group (Vietnam). Arcadia at Lavila is also the first project of Groupe PierreVal in South Ho Chi Minh City since entering Vietnam in 2022.

The combination of Kien A Group’s more than three decades of township development experience and Groupe PierreVal’s European planning mindset is expected to create a product with depth in planning and design aesthetics, while inheriting the existing utilities and resident community of Lavila Township.
The subdivision is located within the Lavila Township urban area, which spans about 60 hectares on Nguyen Huu Tho Street. According to the developer Kien A, after many development phases of low-rise subdivisions, the urban area has formed a resident community along with a relatively complete internal utility and infrastructure system.

Arcadia at Lavila is the first high-rise subdivision of the entire urban area. The project consists of two towers with more than 900 products, including apartments, shophouses, officetels, and a commercial podium.
A representative of the enterprise said the project targets customers with real housing needs in South Ho Chi Minh City. Arcadia at Lavila builds a living experience around the 6A+ philosophy, centering on 6 core values: Advantages (convenient connectivity), Authenticity (French footprint), Artistry (architectural standards), Ambience (cohesive community), Abundance (balanced life with high-class utilities), and Accessible Premium (premium living standards).
Currently, the project has moved to the construction phase. The show gallery has also been open since June, allowing customers to learn about the planning, design, and product types of the project.
