Meygroup introduces a collection of 98 coastal villas at the 51.29-hectare Mey Retreat Bai Lu, adding to the supply of long-term ownership resort real estate in Nghe An.
The project is located in Hai Loc commune, Nghe An province, and is oriented as a wellness resort. Residents can enjoy Onsen hot spring facilities, the Nature Therapy Path, along with commercial and entertainment activities at the beach square and high-end commercial-service systems.
The villas feature a back-to-mountain, front-to-bay terrain. The developer explains that in East Asian culture, this is a land position of “gathering water to generate wealth”, carrying significant feng shui value.
The project is adjacent to a 5-star hotel managed by the Best Western brand. This unit is expected to participate in operating the villa system to serve resort accommodation needs when the project goes into operation.

One of the points emphasized by the developer is that the products offer long-term ownership – a type that is currently scarce in coastal real estate projects. The villas are designed to combine modern architecture with various Nghe An cultural details, while taking advantage of the coastal landscape and natural terrain of Bai Lu.
The project targets customers who wish to own a vacation home and are interested in coastal real estate products with clear legal status and limited supply.

Meygroup launched the project at a time when Nghe An is witnessing many positive developments in infrastructure and tourism.
The operation of the North-South expressway, including the Dien Chau – Bai Vot section (nearly 50 km long passing through Nghe An and Ha Tinh), has shortened road travel time from Hanoi to Nghe An to about 3.5 hours. This distance opens up opportunities to own a second home for families in the capital and northern provinces.
In parallel, Vinh International Airport is being planned for expansion, while the Nghi Son – Cua Lo coastal road was completed at the end of June 2026, creating further connections for the coastal area.
According to the enterprise, infrastructure improvements along with tourism growth are creating more momentum for the local resort real estate market.
Particularly for Bai Lu, this area is considered to still retain many natural landscapes with a terrain combining pine forests and the sea. The area also has a more attractive price range compared to traditional urban markets, opening up future potential. Coastal land funds for project development are increasingly limited; therefore, Meygroup expects limited products to be positively received by the market.
