According to the developer’s representative, this development direction stems from changes in the demands of the accommodation market. Accommodation service revenue reached 9,883 billion VND, up 19.4%, showing that the demand for accommodation continues to maintain its growth momentum.

Alongside the recovery of tourism, Da Nang is step-by-step forming an international financial center, expanding logistics infrastructure, and developing Lien Chieu Port. After expanding its borders with Quang Nam, the city is expected to continue attracting entrepreneurs, experts, and high-quality labor to work, thereby creating additional demand for accommodation products capable of simultaneously meeting work and leisure needs.
