S-Light Tower meets accommodation demand of experts in South Da Nang

With its connected location and well-invested amenities, S-Light Tower targets the live-work-play needs of the expert and remote working community in the south of Da Nang center.

Located at the intersection of Nguyen Dinh Thi and the 29/3 axis facing the Han River, S-Light Tower (the gateway to Sun NeO City urban area) possesses the advantage of quick connection to the center of Da Nang, the international airport, and My Khe Beach.

Consequently, the project aims for a work-live-vacation model, meeting the demands of the expert community and digital nomads.

From S-Light Tower, residents only take a few minutes to travel to amenities in the south of Da Nang center, such as Tien Son Sports Complex, Mega Market, and Lotte Mart. The project also benefits from infrastructure planning as the Bui Ta Han Bridge is expected to be constructed, adding a connecting axis from the Southern area to My Khe Beach.

Besides the transportation advantages, S-Light Tower is located within the Sun Group South Da Nang urban complex, which includes projects such as Sun Riverpolis, Sunneva Island, and Hoang Tra urban area. The influx of residents alongside existing commercial and service amenities is gradually shaping the lifestyle of the area.

According to a representative of Sun Property, the location of S-Light Tower not only provides connectivity but also offers residents a living space that converges rivers, the sea, and the cultural values of the Quang Nam-Da Nang region on the Hue – Da Nang – Hoi An heritage axis. These advantages bring a multi-experience living environment suitable for the modern resident community, especially the group of experts and digital nomads—those who always value flexibility in work and life and desire to immerse themselves in local culture.

In addition, the view—a factor that elevates real estate value—is also of great interest to many experts and long-term accommodation guests. With the advantage of being bordered by rivers on three sides and surrounded by low-rise structures, the balconies of S-Light Tower apartments face the Han, Do Toa, and Cam Le rivers, the coastline, and the urban landscape. During the Da Nang International Fireworks Festival (DIFF) season, the apartments offer a direct view of the fireworks performances.

The comfortable living space at S-Light Tower is completed by a commercial podium along with a swimming pool, gym, spa, kids club, library, community room, and family play area on the 2nd floor. This amenity system meets the needs of relaxation, health care, and community connection, while also expanding the potential for accommodation exploitation, serving various guest groups from experts, digital nomads, tourists, and business travelers to owner-occupiers.

The development direction of S-Light Tower also aligns with the trend of Da Nang increasingly attracting the digital nomad community. Recently, the French magazine Journal des Français à l’étranger remarked that the central coastal city is emerging as an attractive destination for remote workers due to reasonable living costs, increasingly complete transport and telecommunications infrastructure, and a favorable living environment. The publication likened Da Nang to the “Miami of Vietnam” and suggested that the city is becoming one of the alternatives to Bali (Indonesia) and several destinations in Thailand.

Along with the growth of the expatriate community and the trend of remote work combined with vacation, the demand for spaces that can simultaneously accommodate living, working, and life experiences is also rising. This demand drives the emergence of projects developed under the work-live-vacation model.

In this context, the city’s development space is expanding southward, including the Hoa Xuan area, leading to an increase in accommodation demand here. According to Traveloka data, during the April-May period, searches for accommodation in the southern area, around the Ngu Hanh Son (Marble Mountains) scenic spot and Hoi An Ancient Town, increased by 52-76% compared to the first two months of the year. This demonstrates the appeal of South Da Nang, a region benefiting from the process of urban space expansion and infrastructure development.
