Khanh Hoa – After Cat Ba, Ha Long, and Phu Quoc, Sun Group continues to develop the VUI-Fest night market at Festival Island (Charmora City), combining a walking street and a 24/7 food street.
Sun Group is bringing the VUI-Fest night market model to Festival Island, a subdivision of the Charmora City project (South Nha Trang). Alongside the night market, the developer is creating a walking street system and a 24/7 food street, aiming to establish a nightlife space for entertainment, shopping, and dining in the coastal city.
Prior to Nha Trang, VUI-Fest was successfully deployed by Sun Group at various tourist destinations. In Cat Ba, this model combines craft beer spaces and street art; in Ha Long, it features a night market inspired by the ancient trading port along with the “Long Van Khanh Hoi” 3D Mapping show; while in Phu Quoc, VUI-Fest Bazaar gathers over 100 seaside stalls. These activities, combined with performance shows like Kiss of the Sea and Symphony of the Sea, contribute to the appeal of Sunset Town, drawing a large number of visitors daily.

According to the developer’s introduction, Festival Island spans 116 hectares within the Charmora City project, developed based on four experience pillars: water, gastronomy, art performances, and accommodation. The highlights of the subdivision include the VUI-Fest night market, a walking street system, a 24/7 food street, and a 7.3-hectare water stage lake.
The water stage lake is expected to host water sports activities such as Jetski and Flyboard, real-scene shows, light performances, and nightly fireworks. Having developed major entertainment products like the Da Nang International Fireworks Festival (DIFF) and various shows in Phu Quoc, Sun Group expects Festival Island to become a new rendezvous for tourists visiting Nha Trang.
As the tourism hub of Khanh Hoa, Nha Trang benefits from the growth momentum of the local tourism industry. In the first six months of the year, Khanh Hoa welcomed nearly 11.9 million visitors, a 41% increase year-on-year; tourism revenue reached over 42,500 billion VND.
According to Sun Group, combining the night market, walking streets, gastronomy, and performance activities at Festival Island aims to leverage these advantages, contributing to expanding Nha Trang’s night economy and optimizing the spending of visitors.

Parallel to the commercial-entertainment ecosystem, Sun Group also introduced The Fest serviced apartment complex at the center of Festival Island.
The project is located near the VUI-Fest night market and food streets, allowing residents and guests easy access to the subdivision’s shopping and entertainment activities. The three towers offer views of the river, the city, the central lake, and the water stage area – where nightly performances and fireworks are expected to take place.

The Fest features a diverse apartment structure, with a large proportion being studio units suitable for short-term stays. The internal area is equipped with a 1,400-square-meter outdoor swimming pool, walking gardens, a clubhouse, and a range of health and entertainment amenities.
Mr. Pham Trung Hieu, Chairman and General Director of Four Home Group Joint Stock Company, shared that the design of The Fest is highly suitable for homestay and Airbnb models thanks to its flexible apartment structure, while also benefiting from the “all-in-one” service ecosystem of the entire urban area.

According to a representative of the developer Sun Property (a member of Sun Group), in similar tourism markets like Da Nang, high-quality serviced apartments currently rent for around 18-20 million VND per month for a studio and 35-38 million VND per month for a two-bedroom unit, with occupancy rates reaching about 90%. The company expects that when Festival Island becomes operational, the night economy ecosystem will create further momentum for accommodation and serviced apartment operations in the area.
