Vinhomes announces exclusive privileges for residents moving to Ocean Park 2-3

Vinhomes is launching a special privilege program for residents of Vinhomes Ocean Park 2-3 with various incentives in housing, healthcare, education, entertainment, and community, applicable until the end of 2031.

On July 9, Vinhomes announced the program “Exclusive Privileges for Residents Moving to Vinhomes Ocean Park 2 and 3”, applicable to residents who complete long-term residency before December 31, 2026, or March 31, 2027 (depending on the specific policy). The program runs until the end of 2031, offering numerous incentives for home care, healthcare, education, shopping, recreation, sports, and community activities.

The highlight of the program is the HomeCare service for low-rise units completed and occupied before December 31. For the first time, Vinhomes is extending the service system previously implemented at Vinhomes Riverside to Ocean Park 2-3, including cleaning, laundry, gardening, technical maintenance, plumbing and electrical repairs, equipment maintenance, and on-demand security services. Residents will receive a 30% discount on these services for the first three years after moving in.

Along with improving the quality of the service system, the enterprise is also investing in healthcare programs and promoting a green lifestyle. Accordingly, residents can enjoy up to a 50% discount on examination fees at Vinmec Ocean Park 2, along with favorable pricing policies for testing, diagnostic imaging, hospitalization, surgery, and general health check-up and disease screening packages until the end of May 2027.

Particularly, residents of the Ngoc Trai subdivision at Vinhomes Ocean Park 2 will also enjoy the Family Home Care package lasting until the end of June 2031 with benefits such as regular health check-ups, family health management, and emergency support.

To encourage residents to use green transportation, Vinhomes is offering free charging for VinFast electric vehicles until the end of February 2030 for all residents who complete their move-in before March 31, 2027.

In addition to essential services, the enterprise is cooperating with Vincom Retail to implement various shopping, dining, and entertainment programs at Vincom Mega Mall Ocean City and commercial streets such as Venice, K-Town, and Little Hong Kong. Highlights include the Happy Hour program with many products starting from 10,000 VND, promotions at culinary brands, and the weekend Grill & Beer event series taking place from June 27 to July 26.

Residents also enjoy many discounts when using recreational and entertainment facilities in the mega-urban area. Accordingly, early residents will receive free admission to VinWonders Wave Park and VinWonders Water Park for one year, from June 20 to June 19, 2027. In the following two years, residents will continue to receive a 70% discount on ticket prices in the second year and 50% in the third year.

In addition, residents will receive a 30% discount on tickets for art programs at VinPalace Ocean City, as well as a 30% discount on venue rental for conferences, events, and parties from July to the end of May 2027.

Vinhomes is also investing in cultural and sports activities to enhance community connection. A system of clubs is being built for various resident groups, including swimming, football, basketball, yoga, zumba, folk dance, and the Golden Age Health Club.

A series of community events will be organized throughout the year with activities such as Fishing Day, Youth Creative Festival, Beer Festival, Open Sports Games, and Mango Harvesting Festival, aiming to build a cohesive resident community and enhance the living experience in Ocean City.

In parallel with expanding the utility system, Vinhomes continues to implement the Green Saturday program with activities such as tree planting, exchanging recyclable waste for gifts, collecting used cooking oil, waste sorting at the source, and reducing plastic waste.

According to a Vinhomes representative, the resident privilege program is implemented to bring practical benefits to residents, while continuing to complete the ecosystem of utilities and services at Ocean Park 2-3, aiming to develop Ocean City into a city with full services, utilities, and community activities, becoming a leading most livable city in Vietnam.
