FLC has just launched an 11.8-hectare resort urban area project in Sa Pa with a selling price of nearly 190 million VND per square meter.
FLC Group stated that the resort urban area project is located in the center of Sa Pa town, overlooking Muong Hoa Valley. With a scale of about 11.8 hectares, this project consists of 120 low-rise products.
The developer expects the selling price to be around 188 million VND per square meter. Each low-rise house here has an average area of about 320 square meters. Thus, FLC could earn trillions of VND from this resort urban area project in Sa Pa.
This is the second real estate project developed by FLC since its founder Trinh Van Quyet returned to the business arena. In May, the enterprise began developing the Dak Doa complex in Gia Lai, spanning 517 hectares with an investment of nearly 20,000 billion VND.
Currently, Sa Pa is one of the most popular tourist attractions in the Northwest region. The resort real estate market here has also seen several large-scale and famous projects, such as Hotel de la Coupole – MGallery (by Sun Group), Topas Ecolodge, Sapa Jade Hill, Silk Path Grand, and Pao’s Sapa Leisure.
In the first 6 months of this year, Sa Pa welcomed 6.75 million visitors, reaching nearly 60% of the full-year plan. Of these, international tourists accounted for over 940,000 arrivals, up 31% compared to the same period in 2025.
According to the master plan, Sa Pa is oriented to become an eco-tourism, cultural, and resort urban area of international stature, prioritizing the development of low-density construction projects associated with the preservation of natural landscapes and indigenous values. The area is also planned to have an airport with an expected capacity to serve 3 million passengers per year before 2030.
Besides the project in Sa Pa, FLC also plans to deploy several other projects. The company will cooperate with Ngan Tin Group to develop the Southwest Nhon Ly urban area and Cat Tien residential area in Gia Lai.
The two parties will also co-invest in the Bai Xep beach resort – the famous setting of the movie “Yellow Flowers on the Green Grass” in the former Phu Yen province (now Dak Lak), and the residential area adjacent to Dong Xoai I Industrial Park (Dong Nai).
At the extraordinary meeting in May, FLC’s leadership affirmed their goal to consolidate the foundation, focusing on high-feasibility projects in 2026. The enterprise will study expanding investments in Lao Cai, Bac Giang, Ho Chi Minh City, Nha Trang, Hau Giang, Gia Lai…
