BCONS seeks to invest in a series of urban and infrastructure projects in Lam Dong

BCONS is studying investment in infrastructure, coastal urban areas, TOD zones, and urban parks in Lam Dong, including a coastal road project worth nearly 9.5 trillion VND.

The information was released during a working session between the People’s Committee of Lam Dong Province and BCONS Construction Investment Joint Stock Company on the afternoon of July 17.

According to the Lam Dong Department of Construction, the province is calling for investment in a coastal road passing through Phu Thuy, Phan Thiet, and Tien Thanh wards, with a length of about 14.6 km, featuring 6 lanes, and a total estimated investment of 9.493 trillion VND. The project consists of 5 sections, connecting from the roundabout of Route DT.706B to Route DT.719, while also constructing overpasses over the Phu Hai and Ca Ty river mouths.

Under the proposed plan, the project could create about 84.8 hectares of reclaimed land. The province plans to zone 4 areas on this land fund to develop urban areas with high-rise housing, commercial services, parks, and transport infrastructure. The road is expected to drive tourism development, urban renovation, and the exploitation of coastal land funds.

In addition to the coastal area, Lam Dong also introduced BCONS to the TOD urban area in Ham Hiep, spanning nearly 200 hectares, linked with the development orientation of the North-South high-speed railway and connecting routes. The locality is also studying the Hung Vuong Park and the North Flood Escape Canal Urban Area with a total area of about 300 hectares.

A BCONS representative said the business will continue to study the local planning, natural, and social conditions before taking the next steps.

The government of Lam Dong Province highly appreciated BCONS’s interest in local investment opportunities, while assigning relevant departments and sectors to assist the enterprise in surveying and providing information to study appropriate investment options. The province committed to accompanying and creating favorable conditions for capable investors to participate in projects, contributing to the effective exploitation of the local economic potential.

After the boundary merger, the new Lam Dong has become one of the localities with a large development space, connecting the highland region with the South Central Coast. Attracting infrastructure and urban projects is considered one of the directions to exploit the new advantages of the locality.

BCONS is an enterprise operating in the field of construction and real estate development in Vietnam. The company develops apartment and residential area projects, while also participating in design consultancy, construction, and project management activities.

In recent years, the business has expanded its search for land funds and project development opportunities in areas with high urbanization rates and regional infrastructure connectivity, including localities in the Southeast, Central Highlands, and South Central Coast.
