Phu My Hung to break ground on first school complex in Hong Hac City
Bac Ninh Phu My Hung will commence construction of a 3-story kindergarten and a 5-story multi-level school on nearly 11,000 square meters of land in the Hong Hac City urban area.
The foundation piling ceremony is scheduled for July 18 at Hong Hac City in Bac Ninh, right after the strategic partnership announcement ceremony with EQuest Education Group. At the same time, the developer will also launch the second model home under the Bespoke Collection – Phu My Hung Lifestyle.
These three activities not only mark the project’s implementation progress but also reflect the developer’s strategy of simultaneously developing social infrastructure, amenities, and living space right from the initial phase.

A representative from Phu My Hung stated that investing in schools early demonstrates the strategy of developing Hong Hac City into a synchronized urban model, where social infrastructure is deployed alongside residential housing instead of solely focusing on real estate products. This is also the approach that the enterprise has applied for more than three decades, aiming to form a resident community and amenity ecosystem right from when the urban area begins operation.
The signing ceremony with EQuest Education Group is also seen as the initial step for the education pillar at Hong Hac City. This organization currently develops school systems along with multi-level educational programs in Vietnam.

According to the developer’s representative, deploying schools alongside residential development aims to step-by-step realize the vision of building Hong Hac City into an urban area centered around people and the younger generation. In this model, education is not merely an amenity but also the foundation for building a resident community and creating a long-term living environment.
This direction is part of the master plan to develop Hong Hac City into an all-in-one urban area with a synchronized ecosystem of education, culture, healthcare, commerce, and entertainment. The developer noted that the project is executed under a phased development strategy, gradually completing the components of the township.
“A phased development strategy requires long-term planning along with financial resources and urban development experience so that infrastructure, amenities, and residential components are synchronously implemented across each phase,” shared the representative.

In addition to social infrastructure development, the developer continues to refine the living experience through the opening of the second model home, styled in Modern Zen. While the first model home in Modern Indochine style was a blend of Asian identity and contemporary design, the new house is developed in Modern Zen style, adding more options regarding space, functionality, and finishing solutions.
The Bespoke Collection targets customers who wish to own fully finished products ready for immediate move-in while ensuring design standards, construction quality, and operational consistency. The product line has also been designed to meet the demands of the expert community and foreigners living and working in Bac Ninh and surrounding areas – a hub of industrial parks, high-tech enterprises, and an international workforce.
Hong Hac City is developed by Phu My Hung Development Corporation (developer of Phu My Hung urban area in Ho Chi Minh City) and Nomura Real Estate Vietnam (belonging to Japan’s Nomura Group). The legal entity of the project is VietinBank Union Investment Joint Stock Company (VTU). According to Phu My Hung, simultaneously executing educational partnerships, building schools, and introducing fully finished home product lines aims to step-by-step complete the urban ecosystem and living space at the project.
