Should I sell my apartment in Hung Yen to put the money into savings?
I am wondering whether to sell my apartment in Hung Yen to put the proceeds into savings, given the increasingly low rental yield.
I currently own four properties, including three townhouses in Hanoi and an apartment in Van Giang, Hung Yen. However, one of the townhouses might be affected by the planning of the Red River Landscape Boulevard. The total monthly income from these properties is about 24 million VND.
Recently, savings interest rates have risen to an attractive level while the real estate market remains gloomy and rental yields continue to drop. I am considering selling the rented apartment in the urban area of Van Giang, Hung Yen to retrieve the cash.
I hope experienced readers can advise me on whether I should sell a property at this time to put the money into savings. If I wait any longer, I worry that property prices will continue to drop.
